3. Services

We offer professional real estate photography services, including interior, exterior, drone photography, walkthrough videos, and virtual staging. All bookings are subject to availability.

4. Booking and Payments

Booking: You can schedule a session through our online calendar. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email.

Payments: Payments are due upon completion of the photography session. We accept all major credit cards.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will incur a fee of $150.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may also be subject to a $150.

No-Show: If you do not show up for the appointment, you will incur a fee of $150.

6. Intellectual Property

All photographs and videos produced by Mitch Houston Photography are our intellectual property. You are granted a license to use the images for marketing your property but may not sell or redistribute them without our consent.

We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee that our services will meet all your expectations. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
